IS THERE A DEADLINE FOR USING THE PROMO CODE?
Once the customer has received their discount coupon, the vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be used for their next reservation at any of the Valentin hotels in Spain or Mexico.
How do I use the promotional code on my reservation?
The promotional code will be sent to the VAREWARDS member's email for use on their next reservation. The reservation must be made at www.valentinhotels.com. This code can only be used on a single reservation and/or a single room. The promotional code can be sent up to 45 days after check-out.
FOR WHICH TYPE OF BOOKINGS ARE THE VAREWARDS PROGRAM BENEFITS APPLICABLE?
The program benefits can only be applied to bookings made directly on the www.valentinhotels.com website and those made directly with the hotel.
