Ginger
Once inside our Japanese restaurant Ginger, you’ll be surprised by the options available. You can choose to sit down at the Sushi bar with exclusive dishes, order from our a la carte menu or reserve a Teppanyaki table (prior reservation with the Concierge department required) and enjoy the show while your food is being prepared.

L'Olivo

L'Alsace
Our restaurant with the most elegant atmosphere offers you the best French cuisine. At L'Alsace , you’ll find classic dishes such as onion soup or authentic foie gras.

Taman Sari
Savor the delicate fusion of Asian flavors in our most recently renovated restaurant. Here you can choose from a wide variety of Southeast Asian flavors: Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese or Indonesian cuisines coexist on our menu and are prepared in live cooking style for your enjoyment. Inside the restaurant you’ll also find one of our best bars with specialized cocktails and exotic drinks. Don’t miss the special cocktail of the day.

Le Marchè
One of our two buffet breakfast options for starting the day is the Le Marchè restaurant. Every day, the restaurant has a twist to the menu, always looking to surprise you both at breakfast and lunch. Here you can choose between serving yourself one of the already prepared dishes or asking the chef to instantly prepare you an omelet for breakfast, or meat, fish or pasta for lunch.
The dress code for the restaurant is Casual and it opens its doors from 07:00 to 11:00 for breakfast, from 12:00 to 16:00 for lunch and also serves snacks from 16:30 to 18:00.
La Hacienda
If you’re in Mexico you have to try the best Mexican food. La Hacienda has all the classic dishes of traditional Mexican cuisine on its menu, but with a modern interpretation. You’ll find the flavors of the 3 most iconic states of this country at La Hacienda: Veracruz, Puebla and Yucatan. In addition, you’ll find a wide variety of traditional Mexican desserts.

Mar y Tierra
Situated facing the sea, our two restaurants, Mar and Tierra are without a doubt the most popular in the whole resort.
They offer a la carte choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy their international cuisine and wide variety of dishes made with the best quality ingredients.
The dress code for the restaurant is Casual and it opens its doors at 07:30 to 10:30 for breakfast, from 12:00 to 16:00 for lunch and from 18:00 onwards for a la carte dinners.
